ARGENTINA : 6 Salta Police Arrested...After Torture Video Revealed.

      6 members of Salta's drug squad have been arrested...after a cell video showed them torturing 2 suspects.
     Video released on 2 newspaper websites show police interrogating 2 underwear clad men...with one suspect being waterboarded...while the other is suffocated with a bag.
     The video was reportedly shot last year.
