A British magazine claims that PM Victor Ponta copied more than half of his 2003 doctoral thesis.
NATURE magazine says it was shown documents by an unidentified person proving 'substantial' parts of the 432-page thesis were written by other scholars.
Ponta denies the allegations...saying that they are instigated by President Traian Basescu.
In May...Ponta became Romania's 3rd PM...in less than 6 months.
