Bikes are a precious possession in Cuba...where ancient cars and diesel spewing, overloaded buses rule the potholed streets.
Felix Guirola, 48...has created a sky high...13 foot/4 meter...bici...that screams for attention in the capital...and also honors his disabled sister.
He doesn't wear a helmet or protective gear and says: 'I feel good up high. I don't get nauseated or dizzy, nothing like that. Up there I see the scenary better. I feel relaxed. There's more of a breeze. I breathe it and feel freer.'
