      Many in Austin regard 7-time Tour de France winner Lance Armstrong as a local hero.
     He has owned houses here, his cancer foundation...Live Strong...is based here...and 2 of his young children still live here with an ex-wife.
     Allegations against Armstrong always lead the local TV news.
     But this round of doping allegations...from the USADA...may finally put to rest whether Armstrong used performance enhancing drugs.
     The agency could strip him of his 7 titles...and even bar him from future athletic contests.
