Former general Efrain Rios Montt must face another genocide trial for the massacre of 201 indigena in 1982.
A judge ruled that there was enough evidence to try Rios Montt, 85...for the killings at Dos Erres.
The ex-general has proclaimed his innocence.
He ruled Guatemala for 17 violent months in 1982-83.
As a former congressman...Rios Montt enjoyed immunity from all prosecution..but it ended when he left office in January 2012.
