     Teetering on the verge of recession...President Dilma Rousseff is moving to simplify the tax code...by cutting electricity taxes...3-10%...by 2013...for businesses and consumers.
     This...on the day when Brasil's overpriced REAL hovers near 2.00 vs the usd...a 3 year low... finally to Dilma's delight...with imports getting costlier...and exports finally growing cheaper.
