Henrique Capriles Radonski, 39...the governor of Miranda state...still trails Hugo Chavez, 57...in all the polls.
But he has begun a 3 month "house-by-house" tour of the country...while Hugo...after 13 years of rule...has visibly aged...and is now slowed down from serious cancer treatments.
"The people receive Henrique in their homes just like they did with Chavez before. Believe me, I know, because I was a 'Cha vista'," notes governor Henri Falcon, a former Chavez ally. "Nowadays, Chavez is all TV. Henrique is the street."
