ECUADOR / COLOMBIA / CUBA / USA : Correa Will Boycott Summit Over Cuba Exclusion.

       President Rafael Correa says he will boycott an upcoming Summit of the Americas in Cartagena...because Cuba has been excluded.
      Correa called the USA's Cuba veto...'intolerable'...and unilateral.
     USA President Obama will attend the 14 April meeting...that is held every 3 years.
