New York businessman Jacob Ostreicher, 53...is still sitting in a prison...10 months after arrest...without being charged.
He has had over 24 hearings...but prosecutors have produced no evidence that he was laundering money.
Ostreicher...who ran a $25million rice farming project for Swiss investors...has lost over 30 pounds... waiting for his trial.
"This is the scam of the century," said Ostreicher. "I feel Iike I've been hijacked and kidnapped by people who are hiding behind the law."
