     President Cristina Fernandez delivered her much anticipated speech on the 30th anniversary of the 74 day Malvinas/Falklands islands war.
     She asked for the Red Cross' help in getting the UK to allow identification from DNA for the buried dead.
    Cristina also said she 'respects the interest of the islanders.'
