      Historian Irina Levinskaya reports on her recent stint as a presidential poll watcher in St. Petersburg.
      At the end of voting...the results she recorded gave Putin 466 votes for 47.7 %...followed by Prokhorov's 226...with 23.1%.
      But by the time an official returned with copies of the vote...the results had changed dramatically...with 780 votes for Putin or 80.2%;...and Prokhorov with only 32 votes...or 3.3%.
