    Michel Smith, 49...aka 'L' Animal'...a Quebec Hells Angel member and top leader...wanted since 2009...on more than 2 dozen charges...including 22 murders...was arrested in Playa Coronado...after 2 months of observation. 
     Author Yves Lavigne calls Panama "...a huge cesspool of people you don't want anything to do with. So it's easy to hide there and do deals there."
