The first crop of cantaloupes from Guatemala and Honduras have arrived here in Texas.
Nicely priced, too...at $1 per...for medium sized 3.25 pounders...at regional grocery powerhouse HEB.
These melons are loaded with vitamins A, C, B6, Niacin, Folate and Potassium.
I eat one daily. So filling...even if loaded with natural sugar and carbs.
Hooray!
