RUSSIA: Speculation Grows Over Putin Dissolving/Rebranding His Party.

    After a disasterous December election...when PM Putin's party United Russia...lost a majority in Parliament...and was accused of widespread vote fraud...anonymous insiders claim Putin will dissolve and rebrand it...with a new name, new logo and new leaders.
    They also speculate that Putin...after regaining the presidency in March...will replace Medvedev as PM...after a year.
