Minority Serbs...living in a tiny enclave of Kosovo...by an astounding 99.74%...defeated rule by the Albanian majority government in Pristina.
Predictions held true that most of the 35,000 Serbs there would reject the motion.
75% 0f eligible voters weighed in.
But the referendum holds no legal weight.
Belgrade discouraged the vote...after Germany insinuated that it will further delay Serbia's efforts to enter the EU.
