The coldest winter in 30 years continues to kill...after more than 2 weeks.
At least 650 have died in Central, Eastern Europe...and Russia.
The Ukraine, Poland and Russia account for more than 400.
The distressing video below from Romania...shows it besieged by snow...and freezing temps...where 23,000 people are isolated, more than 79 people have died, trains have been cancelled...and work horses can't even stand-up.
