Nervous police in Barnaul, Siberia...object to a protest by dozens of small toy dolls...teddy bears, lego figures, etc...arranged outside in the snow...that carry signs reading: 'I'm for clean elections'...and "A thief should sit in jail, not the Kremlin."
The city's deputy police chief opines that it is "an unsanctioned public event."
