CHILE : Maid's Short Walk Thru Gated Community...Aborted...Outraging Many.

     Maid Chile Felicita Pinto, 57, was forced to end her short walk to work...and returned to the front gates of an exclusive residential community...because of a bylaw that stopped servants from moving about freely.
    The action is causing an uproar...over what is seen as widespread discrimination and mistreatment of domestic workers by the elites.
