CUBA : Castro's Commies Hold Conference; Go Slow Changes Underway.

     Here's a good overview about the first national conference in 50 years...now underway in La Habana.
    President Raul Castro, 80, wants it to approve his plans for economic and minor political reforms.
    But the younger Castro still prefers a go slow approach...to avoid losing control.
   "One dissident showed a photograph of the country's rulers, who looked more like the residents of an old people's home than a thriving band of revolutionaries."
   "There are no bodies lying in the streets here, not like in the countries of the Arab Spring," said dissident blogger Yoani Sanchez. "But we are a country with 11 million dead citizens."
