BRASIL: Frustrated Clown Tiririca Quits Congress.

      Vincent Bevins has written an interesting follow-up on a popular clown elected 3 years ago to Brasil's lower house.  
      In 2010...Tiririca the Clown...ran...and won a seat in Congress with the largest vote that year.
      They tried to disqualify him with a literacy test...but he passed.

      Tririca, 47...ran a popular and colorful campaign...singing and dancing against corruption and the political clowns in office.
      But...surprising everyone...he then took his job seriously.
      Now...he is quitting...because...'you can't get anything done here in here. Nothing gets done. I'll get more done as a clown.'
