BRASIL: Dam Breaks In Rio State...As Rains Bring Flooding...And Deaths.

     Summer brings rain in the Southern hemisphere.
    It also often brings death and destruction.
    In northern Rio state...water broke thru a dam protecting the town Campos de Goytacazes... sending residents fleeing.
    In Minas Gerais state...66 towns have declared a state of emergency.
    Rio and the southeast are suffering from floods and landslides...with 7 deaths...and 10,000 homeless.
     Last year...more than 800 died from flooding...in Brasil's worst natural disaster.
