RUSSIA : Medvedev's Facebook Followers Blast Promise To Investigate Fraud.

     Tech savvy President Dmitry Medvedev's Facebook page received thousands of negative and skeptical comments...after he promised to investigate electoral fraud charges.
     Of at least 7,000 early comments...a random sample showed two-thirds were hostile.
     His observations about Saturday's huge electoral protests...attracted the most vitriol.
     Current PM Putin has almost no internet presence.
