Some 2,000 protesters...again including Chernobyl nuke disaster workers...clashed with police in front of Kiev's parliament.
At least 3 protesters were arrested.
Tuesday...about 1,000 Chernobyl "liquidators" tried to storm parliament...breaking down the metal barrier around the building.
The parliament announced that it will slash benefits for 10 million...including 500,000 1986 Chernobyl clean-up workers.
