HONDURAS: Congress OKs Using Army To Fight Narcos.

     By an overwhelming majority, the congress voted to launch a campaign against narco gangs...using the army.
    The UN reports that tiny Honduras leads the world in homicides...with 82 murders per 100,000 people in 2010...or about 20 people killed every day...many from drug-related activities.
