President Viktor Yanukovych has published a new book called "Opportunity Ukraine."
Critics claim much of it has been cobbled together...from uncredited magazine articles, other politician's speeches, a college essay and other sources.
Of course, Yanukovych had a ghost writer to help him communicate his vision of Ukraine's future.
Now his English translator has fallen on the sword...claiming it was his fault by forgetting to include many footnotes.
"A book by a president is the height of his career, his life's path," said Serhiy Leshchenko, a reporter with the online newspaper Ukrayinska Pravda, who broke the story. "This could have been Yanukovych's literary embodiment, but it turned out to be banal plagiarism. They grabbed pieces from various sources."
