SLOVENIA : Moody's Downgrades Debt To Aa3; Warns Of Future Cut.

          Moody's sliced Ljubljana's credit rating by one level...to Aa3...still the 4th highest level...from Aa2.
           It also warned that another reduction was likely if the banking system needs state support.
          PM Borut Pahor suddenly lost a confidence vote on 20 Sept.
          The government is majority owner of the country’s two biggest lenders...Nova Ljubljanska and Nova Kreditna Banka Maribor.
