EU ministers couldn't agree...so Romania and Bulgaria...have been denied entry into the Schengen borderless free-travel zone.
Poland's interior minister Jerzy Miller, said both countries had been promised entry and had met the requirements.
The Netherlands and Finland opposed admitting Romania and Bulgaria to the Schengen...because of lax anti-corruption and organized crime efforts.
