PM Vladimir Putin has some nasty words about the USA after its protracted and embarrassing ordeal to pass a debt ceiling.
"They are living beyond their means and shifting a part of the weight of their problems to the world economy," Putin told the pro-Kremlin youth at a rural retreat...in what some speculate may be the beginning of his campaign for the presidency
"They are living like parasites off the global economy and their monopoly of the dollar."
