LITHUANIA: Mayor Threatens To Get Radical With Illegal Parkers In Vilnius.

    Yesterday, there was a story about a Lithuanian image rebranding effort...with the creation and marketing of a new air freshener.
    Today...a video stunt on YouTube from Vilnius Mayor Arturas Zuokas... running over and wrecking a Mercedes with a tank-like vehicle...to warn illegal parkers there.
    There you have it...the soft and hard sides...of the Baltic's Lithuania.
