MEXICO : Alleged Mastermind/Assassin Of 900...Garcia Montoya Arrested.

     Alleged sicario/hitman Oscar Osvaldo Garcia Montoya was finally captured...after police mistakenly invaded 3 homes south of Mexico City.
     Garcia Montoya has reportedly admitted to committing 300 killings... and ordering another 600 by his organization... a gang called "The Hand with Eyes."
