Officials in the Amazon's Acre province...say there are still no signs of a remote native tribe, the Panoans, who were reportedly surrounded by suspected drug dealers...wanting to transport drugs from Peru into Brasil...or perhaps clear the area to grow coca.
Crops and huts there appeared untouched...after a fly-over by officials.
They said it was possible the tribes were hiding in fear.
