A Salta source says that a DNA sample from the crime scene match one of the suspects, Gustavo Lasi, 24.
A judge had ordered DNA samples from all 8 suspects in the recent brutal murder of 2 French students in Salta sent to a Buenos Aires forensics lab...to compare with the victims.
Police believe the 2 women tourists were chased and ambushed in a nature reserve by 3 men looking to rob them, then raped and murdered.
Officials also report that a gun seized from suspect Raul Sarmiento matches a murder weapon.
Also...police now conclude the victims were murdered 14 days before the bodies were found.
