Police brought out water cannons and tear gas again...after an estimated 60,000-150,000 protested in Santiago and other cities for educational reforms...for the 5th time in 2 months.
More than 273 were arrested around the nation...with 39 injured...including 23 police.
President Pinera's popularity has recently sunk to historic lows...equaling only those of the late ruthless dictator General Pinochet.
