TELEGRAPH

A NY state supreme court judge released former IMF chief Dominque Strauss-Kahn on $1million usd cash bail, required 24-hour home detention and electronic monitoring.
The judge also said "DSK" must have one armed guard at all times...at his own expense...and carry a $5 million insurance bond.
A grand jury as expected handed down a 7-count indictment, meaning formal charges of sexual aggravation and attempted rape have been brought against him and the case will proceed to trial...if he pleads "not guilty."
Assistant District Attorney John McConnell told the court: "The proof against him is substantial. It is continuing to grow every day as the investigation continues."
"DSK" will probably spend one more night in jail.
