Increasingly, Mexico's narcos are using ultralight aircraft to smuggle 250-pound bundles of pot in the USA. They drop bundles of marijuana onto fields and in the desert with difficult to detect flights.
Officials report 71 incursions have been detected so far...from 1 Oct. through April.
In fiscal 2010, 228 were reported--almost double from 2009.
