MEXICO: Cd. Juarez Aztecas Narco Chief Gallegos Castrellon Arrested.

    Police say that Arturo Gallegos Castrellon, 32, the leader of the Aztecas gang in Cd. Juarez, has confessed to numerous killings, including a U.S. consular employee.
    Officials said Gallegos told them he was responsible for 80% of the killings there since August 2009. Unofficial tallies show that more than 6,500 people have died in drug-related violence in Cd. Juarez since early 2008.
     With little verification, Mexican police often report  arrestees admitting guilt for numerous crimes.
