All the bodies have been recovered from the charred wreckage of the Cuban-owned Aero Caribbean twin turboprop aircraft that crashed with 68 aboard near Guasimal in the central province of Sancti Spiritus.
The plane was flying from Santiago de Cuba to La Habana; its passenger list included 28 foreigners.
The dead extranjeros included nine Argentines, seven Mexicans, and citizens of Germany, Holland, Spain and Italy. One Japanese national was also on board, and Australia's government confirmed that two Australian women were on the plane.
Cuba's airliners have miserable safety records; many are outdated Soviet-era models.
A chartered Cubana de Aviacion from Havana to Milan, Italy, crashed in September 1989, killing 126 people on board and 24 people on the ground. In March 2002, a Soviet-made biplane carrying 16 people - including 12 foreigners - crashed in central Cuba.
