VENEZUELA: Study Calls It The Most Corrupt Nation In Latin America.

ELUNIVERSAL/
     Transparency International lists Venezuela as one of the world's most corrupt countries while Chile is Latin America's the most transparent nation.
     Venezuela ranked 164th of the 178 countries included in the Corruption Perceptions Index 2010, even below Paraguay and Haiti, both ranked 146th.
     Honduras was listed at 134, Nicaragua and Ecuador both at 127 and Bolivia at 110.
     Chile had a high score of 21, followed by Uruguay with 24, Puerto Rico at 33 and Costa Rica 41.
