RUSSIA : Wolf Emergency Declared In Remote Sakha/Yakutia.

      An influx of some 3,500 hungry wolves...killing and feeding on reindeer herds and horses has forced officials to declare a 3-month emergency cull in the frigid remote NE Sakha Republic...aka...Yakutia....known for its diamond mines.
       Successful hunters will be given bonuses of $3,300 for the most wolf pelts.
