      Despite official warnings and squadrons of riot equipped police...more than 1,500 opposition activists gathered in front of the nation's election commission in Kyiv...to protest the much-delayed 28 October parliamentary vote count.

    The protesters call the slow count 'fraudulent'...favoring pro-government candidates.

    Many shouted 'Down with Yanukovych! Down with the gangster!...and 'Shame!'
    The slow voting results have also disturbed officials in Brussels.
