A 10-year border dispute between 2 villages in central Bolivia turned violent Friday...injuring 51 police...and 10 protesters...in Colomi...as some 500 police tried to remove a roadblock.
5 police were listed as critical.
Landowners from the town of Villa Tunari had demanded resolution of the old dispute with Colomi...and a census put them in charge....angering villagers.
