RUSSIA : MP Wants Life For Drunk Drivers Who Kill.

        Outrage at a drunk driver...who recently killed 5 teen orphans...and 2 of their teachers while they were waiting for a bus...and injured 3 others...after speeding along at 125 MPH...has an MP proposing a life sentence for drunk drivers who kill.
      The current penalty is 9 years.
      Even President Putin and PM Medvedev have indicated support for tougher punishment for drunk drivers.
