MEXICO : 01 Oct. UPDATE: 16 Dead After Truck/Van Crash Near Matamoros.

     Around 9:30 pm...a semi-trailer truck going the wrong way....crashed into a van hauling 20 members of 2 families to a girl's 15th birthday party near Matamoros...killing at least 16.
   The victims were 3 children...2 of them baby girls...10 women and 3 men.
   The truck's driver fled the scene.
