BOLIVIA : Road Access To La Paz...Blocked By Miners.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-latin-america-19565981

For several days...hundreds of angry miners have successfully blocked all highway access into the capital of La Paz.
They have used boulders and poles to litter the 3 main highways into the city.
They want to run a part of the Colquiri tin and zinc mine expropriated by President Evo Morales in June.
No police or troops have yet been mobilized to remove the protesters.
