BELARUS : 24 Sept UPDATE: Lukashenko Supporters Win Easily After Elections Boycott.

     With the 2 main opposition parties boycotting parliamentary elections....President Lukashneko's supporters won easily.
     The election also fulfilled a necessary 50% voter turnout...to avoid run-offs.
     The opposition had told its supporters to pick mushrooms or go fishing...instead of voting for 110 MPs.
      They accuse Lukashenko of brutally suppressing all opponents...since his rule began in 1994.
     15 political prisoners remain jailed.
