Moscow is growing rapidly...and getting crowded...with little green space.
The dog population is also booming.
But...so called...dogkhantery/dog hunters are poisoning pets in one park...claiming they are protecting children.
In just 2 weeks...perhaps 70 dogs have died after visiting 50th Anniversary of October Park.
Police say they have begun an investigation.
