    The shocking and insulting footage taken in the Nizhny Novgorod region has gone viral.

   The auto the drunken dancer was in...reportedly hit a parked vehicle...killing the married couple inside.
   Afterwards...the errant driver and his 3 passengers swigged beer at the accident scene... and argued with police.
