       After reviewing costs and environmental evidence...for the 1st time since 2010...the USA Navy has again allowed old retired ships...to be used for target and torpedo practice...off the coast of Hawaii.
      An Australian sub fired the torpedo that sank the 12,000 ton USS Kilauea.

      22 nations took part in the exercise.
