SPAIN : Court Forces Doc To Pay Child Support For Botched Abortion.

      A Majorcan court ordered an island doctor to pay E978 monthly in child support...for 26 years...plus 'moral damages' of E150,000...after the doc botched an abortion.
      After her April 2010 procedure unknowingly failed...the still pregnant woman returned to the same Palma doctor...but was then refused termination.
     She delivered a healthy boy...now 18 months old.
     The doctor says he will appeal the sentence.
