     Officials have identified the remains of a brother and his sister...believed to be Islamist extremists...as the probable suicide bombers responsible for 2 powerful car explosions that killed 13...and wounded 101.
     The bombs exploded around 10 p.m. just outside Makhachkala, Dagestan's major city...in Russia's northern Caucasus.
     Many of the dead were emergency workers and police responding to the first 10kg TNT bomb...when the second 50kg TNT blast went off.
